Over the years, Kanawha Scales & Systems has evolved from simply a scale service company to a premier provider of weighing and total industrial control solutions. We currently operate 19 offices in the eastern, mid-western, and southern United States. With more than 200 employees, we have the collective knowledge and expertise to not only service all brands of scale equipment, but to develop fully customized applications to suit all your weighing and measuring needs.

Since our first Automated Loadout installation in 1979, we’ve designed, fabricated, and supported over 300 loadout installations in nine countries on four continents. We continue to provide innovative solutions in loadout technology.
Our Test Equipment Manufacturing team has made us a top supplier of top quality test trucks and carts for other scale service companies as well as Weight & Measures agencies throughout the country.
Through a Nationwide Network of certified scale companies and partnerships, KSS provides 24/7 service from coast to coast as well as Canada, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska. Our customers around the world are provided web-based reporting and service request capabilities, certified to ISO and NIST standards.
